Cleaning and preparation
For stays of 3 to 7 nights, a fee of THB 2,500 applies. For stays of 8 nights or more, this fee is not charged. For stays longer than 10 nights, cleaning including a change of bed linen and towels will be provided around the seventh or eighth day of your stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee agreed in advance.
Security deposit: A security deposit of THB 10,000 will be returned in cash at the end of your stay, subject to the accommodation terms provided when you booked.
Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval, for an additional THB 150 per night for each pet.
Arrival & departure
Check-in from 14:00; check-out by 10:00. Please arrange your arrival time in advance. Early arrival or late departure depends on availability and prior approval; an extra charge may apply and will be quoted.
Direct booking, payment and cancellation
To secure your booking, please coordinate with us, receive confirmation and pay an advance payment in an amount agreed beforehand. The advance payment is part of the accommodation price; the security deposit is a separate payment. We will arrange payment of the remaining balance on your arrival.
If you cancel 14 days or more before arrival, your advance payment will be refunded in full. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, the advance payment will not be refunded.
These terms apply to bookings made directly with us. For bookings through another website, the cancellation terms specified in your booking on that website apply.

The units are in the same area of Krabi, a short drive from restaurants, shops and attractions. Please plan for transport.
