Forms prepare a WhatsApp message for you to send. They do not reserve space, process payments or show live availability. Final prices and bookings require personal confirmation.

All tours include hotel pickup and return in Ao Nang. Remote hotels may carry an additional charge, quoted in advance and included in your final offer. Your agreed quote includes compulsory charges. Optional extras and tips are excluded unless stated otherwise.

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00; arrange arrival time in advance. Changes depend on approval and availability and may cost extra. Advance payments are agreed individually, separate from the security deposit. Full refund of the advance payment for cancellation at least 14 days before Dragon arrival or 5 days before Palm arrival; later cancellations forfeit it.

Tour cancellation conditions are confirmed before booking, including cancellation within 24 hours and no-shows. Shabbat terms are set out on its registration page.

Form information is used on your device to prepare a WhatsApp link and is passed to that external service when the link is opened. The site does not store form submissions. Do not send card details, identity documents or sensitive medical information. Tour selections reset when the page is refreshed.

WhatsApp, Google Maps and Grab have their own terms and privacy policies. Fonts may load from Google Fonts. Google measurement is currently inactive; privacy choices are explained below.

There is no payment processing, live availability, catalogue synchronisation or automatic staff notification. The Palm pool and future certified kosher delivery kitchen are not active services.

Operating-company details, responsibility by service, final privacy information and terms will be completed and checked before opening the website to the public.
